What It Does.

From a preventative standpoint, nothing else like FRA exists. Currently, you will only get your joints assessed after an injury, problem, or the development of insidious pain (without a traumatic event). The FRA fills this lack in our healthcare system.

FRA can benefit:

  • Athletes

  • The aging population

  • Anyone with chronic tightness and restriction

  • Anyone suffering from chronic pain

  • Anyone concerned with moving better

  • Anyone recovering from a traumatic injury

  • Anyone with joints

  • Improved balance and body control

  • Improved athletic performance

  • Decreased injury rate

  • Improved mobility & flexibility

  • Improved movement

  • Stronger and healthier joints

The Process.

Throughout the first 2 appointments, each and every one of your joints will be checked for passive range of motion, active range of motion, and rotational capacity. This assessment focuses on locating range of motion deficits in your joints. In the 3rd appointment, all findings will be discussed to determine what should be prioritized by considering your lifestyle and movement habits.
