  • ✺Access to Mobility Sticks

    Crafted from a high-quality, durable composite material, the Mobility Sticks are designed to flex under tension. Their unique construction offers both strength and flexibility, making them an unparalleled tool for enhancing mobility and functional movement. You will have access to Sticks of different sizes to practice with for the duration of the course.

  • ✺In-Person Instruction

    Over the course of six (6) one-hour sessions, you’ll learn the entire Stick Mobility for Golfers curriculum from Jared face to face.

  • ✺Personalized Joint Assessments

    As part of the course, your joint range of motion will be assessed for multiple movements at the neck, back, shoulders, elbows, and hips. You will receive an individualized Assessment Score that will allow you to identify and focus on your personal mobility limitations.

  • ✺Stick Mobility Flows

    Each session will teach a unique Stick Mobility Flow, a powerful movement routine utilizing the Mobility Sticks to mobilize and optimize all the major joints that play a role in the golf swing.

  • ✺Learn Mobility Training

    Learn the most effective science-based exercises proven to help expand and optimize the range of motion for the neck, back, shoulders, elbows, hips, and ankles. Based on Stick Mobility and Functional Range Conditioning.

  • ✺Learn "Golf Feels"

    You will learn to use the different sizes of Mobility Sticks to replicate specific positions in the golf swing. By using the sticks to create tension and strength in these positions, your nervous system will “feel” what its like to be in the ideal positions throughout the golf swing.

  • ✺Comprehensive Course Manual

    Included with the course is a comprehensive 85+ page color manual that catalogues and explains the principles, concepts and the over 90 exercises included in the course.

  • ✺Video Support

    With over two hours of content contained in over 20 videos, you’ll be able to preview and review all the content from our in-person classes to better digest the immense amount of valuable information you’ll learn in this course.

  • ✺Pre-golf Mobility Routine

    Learn a 5-10 minute science-backed routine based on the principles of Functional Range Conditioning that you can use to warm up and optimize your range of motion just before you play or practice! A Follow-Along video is included so you can practice on your own and never forget it!

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • The Stick Mobility for Golfers program is composed of six (6) one-hour sessions—we meet once per week for six weeks.

  • If you miss a session, you can schedule a one-on-one “makeup” session with Jared—however, this is an extra cost, not included in the price of the program. Many participants who have done a makeup session have commented how helpful it was—since the one-one nature of a makeup session allows us to dive deeper into your personal mobility needs. Don’t forget you have the course manual and course videos to view missed content.

  • Of course! Anyone who wants more hands-on time is welcome to schedule a one-on-one session with Jared. Many participants who have done private sessions have benefited tremendously due to the advantages of not being in a group. It is an extra cost, but well worth it. You are welcome to up to one (1) additional session per week if needed.

  • Once the program officially starts (24 hours before the first session), there are no refunds, unfortunately. If you cancel within a week before the first session, you will be responsible for the cost of the printing of your course manual ($75).

  • This program is currently offered in one of two ways. 1) Your Mobility Sticks are included in the cost of the program. 2) You are taking this at a country club/gym that has its own sticks. In this case, Stick are not included in the cost of the program. You can reach out to Jared directly about purchasing your own set, and he will arrange that for you!

  • Stick Mobility for Golfers is a program designed specifically to help you improve your mobility. It is NOT a physical therapy session, nor does it purport to “fix” any current injuries. If you have an injury, it’s recommended you speak with your doctor. This course can alleviate joint pain that is a direct result of poor mobility, but it is not a recovery or therapy program. Consult with your doctor before starting any program that may exacerbate or worsen any injuries or recent surgeries.
