I really felt I was in the presence of a guy who had the knowledge to help us with our mobility as we age. All the exercises were well explained and demonstrated. Going forward I really feel that I am armed with a set of routines that will help me with Functional Mobility. I personally experienced increased range of motion in both my backswing and follow through. I also noticed it doesn’t take me nearly as long to get loose before a round of golf as it used to. I have been doing the 20 minute CARS routine almost every day. Great course!

This class was very educational and helpful. I did not know anything about mobility training before I took the class. Not only did I learn many new concepts like C.A.R.s and pails and rails, I saw my mobility increase over the class and help my golf swing.
